At least eight people were killed following an explosion at an illegal fireworks factory in the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand, local media reported. According to reports several others were injured when fire broke out at the factory in Kumardubi village in the East Singhbhum district on Sunday. Amateur video obtained by the Associated Press showed local residents fleeing the scene in the immediate aftermath of the incident. | Voice of America
