Do you want to improve your EPC rating but finding it difficult with a small period property? Well this is what I did, it’s not the complete works but insulating the walls on the inside would have made the size of the rooms just too small and I wasn’t going to change the windows or insulate on the outside of the house because I live in a conservation area!
