Tulsa Police say a man is dead after being struck by a train near Cheyenne Avenue and West Archer Street in downtown Tulsa on Thursday. Investigators say the train conductor saw the man trying to cross the tracks several yards ahead and blew the horns, but the man was not able to get off of the tracks in time for the train to stop.
