Rugby's first result is in earlier than expected and it's a Reform gain from Labour. The Coton and Boughton ward, previously held by cabinet member Alison Livesey, has gone to Reform's Jamie Pullin, who took 733 votes.

The first seat has just been declared in Wales. Reform has won Casnewydd Islwyn, securing 25,571 votes over Plaid Cymru with 23,069. Each party has picked up two seats, with Labour and the Conservatives each getting one.
Plaid Cymru has pulled ahead of Reform as results continue to come in for Wales' historic Senedd election. Labour has conceded defeat, with Nigel Farage's party likely pushing the party into third place. First Minister Eluned Morgan is expected to lose her seat.
